Terms & Conditions MAPCON 2026
1. Registration Confirmation
- Registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- A confirmation email with registration ID will be sent after successful payment.
- All registration fees are inclusive of taxes.
- Delegates must carry proof of registration at the conference venue.
2. Payment Policy
- All payments must be made through the official conference payment gateway or authorized bank account only.
- The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals or accounts.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Registration once confirmed is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- No refund will be provided under any circumstances, including inability to attend the conference.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizers (natural calamity, government regulations, public health emergency, etc.), the decision of the Organizing Committee regarding rescheduling or conversion to virtual/hybrid mode shall be final, and no refund shall be claimed.
4. Transfer of Registration
- Registration is non-transferable to another delegate.
- Unauthorized badge exchange is strictly prohibited.
5. Abstract Submission
- Submission of an abstract does not guarantee acceptance.
- The Scientific Committee’s decision regarding acceptance and presentation category will be final and binding.
- The presenting author must be a registered delegate.
6. Conference Kit & Materials
- Conference kit and participation certificate will be provided only to registered delegates.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to substitute items in the kit, if necessary.
7. Program Changes
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the scientific program, speakers, schedule, or venue arrangements without prior notice due to unavoidable circumstances.
8. Liability
- The organizers shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the conference.
- Delegates are advised to make appropriate travel and personal insurance arrangements.
9. Photography & Media Consent
- By registering, delegates grant permission for photography, videography, and recording during the conference.
- The Organizing Committee may use such material for academic, promotional, and documentation purposes.
10. Code of Conduct
- Delegates are expected to maintain professional decorum and ethical conduct throughout the conference.
- Any misconduct may result in cancellation of registration without refund and removal from the conference premises.
