Terms and Conditions for MAPCON 2026 Sponsorship
1.Sponsorship Confirmation
- Sponsorship will be confirmed only upon receipt of the completed sponsorship form and full payment one month before the conference
2. Payment Policy
- All payments must be made as per the agreed sponsorship category. Payments once made are non-refundable.
3.Allocation of Benefits
- Sponsors will receive benefits strictly according to the selected sponsorship package. Any additional requests will be subject to availability and approval.
4.Use of Logos and Branding
- Sponsors agree to provide official logos and promotional materials in the required format within the stipulated deadline. The organizing committee reserves the right to use sponsor logos for promotional purposes related to the conference.
5.Exhibition and Display
- Allocation of exhibition space, if applicable, will be at the discretion of the organizers. Sponsors must comply with venue regulations and event guidelines.
6.Compliance and Ethics
- Sponsors must ensure that all promotional content complies with applicable medical, ethical, and legal standards. The organizers reserve the right to refuse any material deemed inappropriate.
7.Liability
- The organizing committee shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to sponsor property or personnel during the event.
8.Changes and no refund policy
- Strictly no refund policy will be implemented.
9.Force Majeure
- The organizers shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
10. Acceptance of Terms
- Submission of the sponsorship form implies that the sponsor has read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
